It’s official De Palma Salumi has achieved Export Accreditation

And…along with the good people at Ausgold, our export and supply chain partners, we are building a state of the art, purpose built facility to expand both our production capabilities and capacity.

For over 50 years, as a family we have channeled our passions for tradition and flavour, finessing the De Palma Salumi product range. Refining both recipes and techniques that have been passed down by the 7 generations before us. 

Nothing thrills us more than to be able to share the melt in your mouth flavour experience you can only get from slow aged and fermented hand crafted salumi.

To be able to share our products with more Australians and a broader global audience is the realisation of our dream, whilst we maintain alignment of our core values of family, artisan tradition, flavour and taste.
